CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After an order is placed, special orders are not returnable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

SHIPPING

 Note that while every item is dispatched as quickly as possible, the exact time of shipment may differ depending on the goods. Please give your purchase 14 days to ship, even if you have expedited delivery preferences. For shipping to be expedited, please email us at amelie.us.shop@gmail.com .

At this time, we provide the following shipping options:

-$15.00 for standard ground shipping (free for purchases above $100) - Following processing, delivery takes place within 5 to 8 business days.
-$120.00 for Next Day Air - After processing, delivery is assured for the next business day. Note: Orders placed after 12 p.m. (EST) for in-stock items might not be shipped on the same day.

We provide international shipping; all international shipments to Australia, Canada, and the UK cost $45. Every other nation costs $120.

CREDIT

After the returned goods are received, the customer will receive an online credit in 8 to 10 business days. Credits from stores never expire. For every order, the initial shipping cost will be subtracted from the store credit. Free shipping orders will also be billed; $10.00 applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Even so, we still need your credit card information, and we will only charge it if there isn't enough store credit available when we complete your purchase.
